George Bush has apparently been pushing a FISA amendment that would allow our government to spy on foreigners without a warrant.

There are two versions of the bill being looked at at the moment, but the senate version is possible the most troubling. It has a measure within, that would grant retroactive immunity to all telecommunication companies that cooperated with the government all the way back to 2005.
